White Sands National Monument, NM.
I said good bye to Sherrianand Mike, after a night at the Cracker Barrel. I am still adjusting to my bed, and spent some time listening to traffic during the night. Mike and Sherriann were headed to White Sands National Monument, as was I. But not until after a trip to Planet Fitness. I became a member not only to get a work out, but to take advantage of showers, and even a chair message on occation. I can use my rv shower, but for now I am boondocking, and want to conserve water. All went well, and I arrived to a very busy visitors center at the park. Good thing that I am not pulling a long rig, as parking was tight. I did a few lovely hikes in the park. Seriously the sand is really pure white gypsum, and sunglasses are a must. I did wear myslef and Jo Jo out. And as such, plan to sleep like a baby. So a lot of these photos will be of either Jo Jo, the rv, or a selfie. In this bright place I couldnt see the screen, so I am surpized that anything showed up. One of my phone apps brought me to another boondocking site just a few miles from the park. What a surprise that I will spend the night right next to water, listening to ducks. I like that. I am making dinner now, then a little walk. I am heading towards Texas tomorrow. Good night!
