Heading back to California

Well, that time has come. I have been determined to have a make up session, and continue my rv journey this year. I had to cut it short in July, due to house damage, and needed to go home. Fortunately repairs has been resolved, and hopefully good as new.

I am excited about heading out at this time of year. I am sure to encounter cool, if not down right chilly nights as I head back into California. It will be a welcome break from the summer heat. Just like Arizona, elevation levels have everything to do with temperatures. I have a great propane and electric heater, when I need it.

After working 7 days week, in my studio, I feel like I am in good shape for my upcoming November studio tour. There will still be plenty to do upon my return. Check out this brand new article:

I am hoping that there is magic in the cortisone injection that went into my knee yesterday. My "favorite" knee that I messed up a few weeks ago, after taking a spill onto my living room floor. I am feeling ok, and still intend on hiking, though with a new perspective, and a heightened level of observation to determine when I have had enough. I will do my best to hobble along.

Jo Jo and I are heading out on a loop tour. I have enclosed a rough map here, and of course, I am likely to go off path as the days progress, and as I practice that gypsy lifestyle. I plan on being away for only 3 weeks, and just know that the time will fly by quickly. My journey will cover over 1500 miles.

So off I go, into the the known, as well as the unknown......
